Return & Exchange Policy
At The Bogey Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help!
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Final sale items (such as clearance or custom-made pieces) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email golf@thebogeyclub.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.
- After receiving the return, we will process your refund (minus any shipping costs) or send your exchange within 5-7 business days.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right at no cost to you!
